During her time at the BIA, Margo worked tirelessly to expand access to resources and services for tribal schools and libraries.

Ronna Krantzman, Senior consultant
Ronna Krantzman joins Erate Pro with over 20 years of experience in K12 Federal Program & Fiscal management, Ronna excels at matching budget needs with available funding resources to ensure sustainable and effective school operations. Through a combination of ERate funded projects, Federal, State & Local grants as well as unique, targeted funding opportunities, she has been able to secure $100+ million in much needed funding assistance for more than 40 school campuses across the USA.
Recent work during the COVID 19 pandemic ranged from managing Federal waivers for free School Food Assistance Programs to multiple ERATE and ESSER blended technology funding projects targeting the combined initiative of curbing student learning loss.
Known for driving collaboration across internal school departments and external stakeholders, Ronna is passionate about innovation in education. She partners with organizations to achieve growth, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency while supporting initiatives for local school communities.

Milan Eaton is a visionary leader in educational technology and infrastructure, known for his significant contributions to bridging the digital divide in Arizona. He created the **Arizona Broadband for Education Initiative**, a groundbreaking program that secured $13.5 million in State Funds to build $180 million in infrastructure. This initiative successfully provided high-speed internet access to schools and libraries in every corner of Arizona, ensuring that even the most underserved communities are connected.
In addition, Milan partnered with the Arizona Rural Schools Association to launch **The Final Mile Project**, an innovative effort aimed at delivering high-speed internet to the most rural student homes in the state. Under his leadership, this project offers 100 Mbps in educational internet for just $10 per month, making it accessible and affordable for all families. With more than a decade of experience as the State E-rate Director for the Arizona Department of Education, Milan has been at the forefront of advocating for equitable access to technology in education. |
